Hydraulic press brake tro

The hydraulic press brakeis used for bending sheet metal plate, normally is carbon steel and stainless steel. The bending machine is mainly consisted of slider, oil cylinder, back gauge, worktable and control system. In now days, the hydraulic bender has been widely used in different industrial, during the period of the working, the hydraulic bender will inevitable to have some problems, now we will introduce some solving methods regarding to some normal problems.

1. the control system do not show any parameter when power on.
This problem is often caused by the software,the non correct operation or abnormal power off can all cause the documents miss, so that the software can not work normally, we can judge the problem according to the hint of the system, then decide if need to re-install the system.

2. the fault of the slider movement.
The movement of hydraulic press brake machine can be divided into 4 parts, the restoration, quick down, working stroke and return stroke.

There is no movement of Y axis restoration,first check the machine follow the electrical chart, to confirm it is hydraulic system fault or electrical system fault.if servo valve can work, that is the hydraulic system fault, or, it is electrical system fault.

There is no quick down of the slider,the quick down of slider is caused by the negative pressure, also we can judge the fault if the servo valve has power, if servo valve can work, that is the hydraulic system fault, or, it is electrical system fault.

The regular maintenance of hydraulic bending machine include appearance maintenance, upper slider maintenance, hydraulic lubricating maintenance,electronics maintenance.

A. Appearance maintenance, clean the machine, make sure no dust and no oil.

B. Upper slider maintenance, check and adjust the depth of parallelism and the clearance of the parts, clean the guide rail, screw and slider surface.

C. Hydraulic lubricating maintenance, clean the oil pump, cylinder, piston and filter, replace is necessary to make sure the oil pipe is unblocked.

D. Electronics maintenance,clean the motor and cabinet, refill or replace the lubrication grease, check if fasten parts are loose, also need to check the circuit and control system.
